This autumn’s issue focuses on the Helsinki Book Fair (26 – 29 October) and includes book reviews, an interview with children’s book illustrator and author Tony Ross as well as weblogs written by novelists Marina Lewycka and Joolz Denby.

“There are: book reviews; information on where we are and what we do; news from the Edinburgh Bookcase; the Creative Commons debate; the Young Arab Writers Tour; online chats with children’s authors Lauren Child and Mal Peet, and much more,” says Kristina Hedderly, Web and Information Officer in the British Council’s Literature Department.
