Leicester Book News e-bulletin: September 2007

We’ve just received the September 2007 edition of the Leicester Book News e-bulletin. The bulletin now has a new format and comes in full color and it contains some carefully selected stories about books and reading in Leicester and beyond.

Damien Walter, the City of Leicester‘s Literature Development Officer says: “This month we have the announcement of our short story contest winner, talk about this year’s Booker shortlist and feature an exclusive interview with Leicester author Rae Earl about her debut novel. Plus other events, news and much more.”

The bulletin also has a Writer’s Corner with links to the new website for writer’s from the Literature Network, Literature East Midlands; new courses from Writing School Leicester; writing for health and well being at the Lapidus Conference as well as gaining a professional reading of plays with BBC Writers Room.
